NCQA is the gold standard for health information products and this certification provides a direct benefit to HealthSparq’s health plan clients in their own NCQA certification.

By certifying HealthSparq’s Provider Directory, NCQA is recognizing that HealthSparq One achieved substantial performance against the requirements in the Health Information Products 4 (HIP 4) category. Obtaining NCQA HIP 4 certification for provider directories involves a rigorous procedure in which vendors must objectively demonstrate how they comply with each element of the relevant NCQA standard (NET 6 in the case of HealthSparq products).
