Award-Winning Conference Will Bring Hundreds of Healthcare Leaders Together Virtually to Share Success Stories and Innovation Priorities Around Furthering Consumer-Centric Access
Boston, MA – October 26, 2021 – Kyruus, the leader in provider search and scheduling solutions for healthcare organizations, announced that it will host the 8th Annual Thought Leadership on Access Symposium (ATLAS) virtually from November 9-10, 2021. Hundreds of thought leaders from health systems, hospitals, and medical groups across the United States will participate to share their ideas, approaches, and best practices around transforming patient access and experience. Aligned with this year’s theme, “The Future is Flexible,” attendees will hear real-world insights from peers who have led successful initiatives to facilitate greater flexibility around access to care and exchange ideas on the next wave of access innovation.
The 2021 conference will kick off with a keynote from Lisa Bodell, Founder and CEO of FutureThink, author, and TED-talk veteran. Her presentation, “Killing Complexity: Eliminate the Unnecessary to Do More Work That Matters,” will focus on empowering attendees to create more space for innovation and the meaningful work that drives change. On day two, Amitabh Chandra, Professor at Harvard Kennedy School of Government and Harvard Business School, will present this year’s healthcare-focused keynote on “The State of the Healthcare Industry.” Professor Chandra will share his take on shifting dynamics in the industry and what they mean for provider organizations, payers, patients, and other key stakeholders.
The full ATLAS 2021 agenda will offer a range of presentations, panels, and breakout sessions centered around the overarching topic of enabling greater flexibility around how patients navigate, schedule, and receive care. The conference will feature executives from a wide variety of leading organizations, including Banner Health, Geisinger, SCL Health, Ochsner Health, Inspira Health, and many more. This year’s breakout tracks will follow the two sub-themes of “The Future is Convenient” and “The Future is Connected” and include sessions covering online scheduling, payer-provider connectivity, virtual care, provider engagement, and much more.
The pre-event program will include the annual Kyruus Customer Forum on November 9th. The forum gives customers a chance to hear both from Kyruus leaders on the company’s product evolution and from each other on recent project successes and 2022 priorities. Kyruus will also offer concurrent sessions on preparing for successful patient access initiatives for organizations that are not currently Kyruus customers.
“We’re witnessing an incredible period of patient access and care navigation innovation,” said Dr. Graham Gardner, CEO of Kyruus. “I couldn’t be more excited to hear from this year’s speakers and to convene this special community together again to collaborate on how we can continue to make access to care less complex and more flexible.”
